I mean, where is the accountability? i mean the va has got to be doing more auditing to find these mistakes and have to make changes immediately. do they need to clean house? i mean, where are the firings? where are the changes that are being made? we have been talking about these mistake for a number of years now. i agree with you 100%. i mean, in no other cabinet level agency should it be allowed for someone in a position to serve to no follow the rules and regulations and not be held accountable when they are found out to have been have been violated rules and regulations. we need accountability and we need the secretary to hold people accountable. more importantly this particular mistake, this one is particularly egregious in that, you know, there are specific rules for sterilizing equipment. the reason the rules are there so this kind of thing doesn t happen. the va has done the right thing by notifying people. they need to do more than send ....
