Georgetown will elect a new town councilperson Saturday, May 8, and automatically gain another. Michael DiGiacoma and Sue Barlow are running for the seat being vacated by Rebecca Johnson Dennis. Barlow previously served on the Georgetown Town Council from 1987 to 1993 and 2004 to 2015, she said. Councilman Stephen Hartstein is not running for reelection. His position is being filled by Christina Diaz-Malone, the only person to file for the seat. Each candidate was sent an identical questionnaire. Their answers are presented below unedited.
