Victim a local doctor. The suspect puts his hands around the womans waist. Investigators say, she was then threatened, forced into her apartment, where she was row pete educationally raped. The suspect then made off with her keys and cell phone. Yesterday, police questioned four men in the case, all live in a house on eighth and moore streets. Police sources say they released three of the men, but have since charged the fourth who they pick up at broad and christian, where the suspect works. Detectives also confiscated the mans bike. Police tell us they do plan to release that suspects name, once commissioner ramsey has been notified later this morning. Thats the latest outside of special victims unit. Reporter well, today the prosecution called a special victims unit detective who investigated this case. And he testified on the witness stand he was searching for the victims dna evidence inside ragusters home. He said they were not able to find that evidence, but he did believe that christina ragusters had a floor rug that may have had evidence on it but the ragusterses may have then that away before police investigated and searched that home.
