While the advertisement stated that the relevant reef is located at Greathead Bay, all of the information on the application supports the fact that the relevant reef that the said Mr Dunbar wishes to remove is located in Indian Bay, directly in front of the building that was formerly called the Grand View Grill and extending eastward along that said beach. It is the first collective flight of its kind done by the Vincentian Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (VSPCA), and was made possible by the non-profit organisation ‘Wings of Rescue’, led by Ric Browde.
