今年各地高考成绩公布后，与往年“状元”、高分生“满天飞”不同的是，教育部严禁宣传、炒作“状元”、高分生、高考升学率的禁令得到很大程度的落实，即便仍有个别地区学校炒作“状元”、高考升学率，也在第一时间被追责、处理。
有部分人对严禁宣传“状元”、高考升学率感到不理解：高考考出好成绩，这不是正能量吗？难道不值得宣传吗？这显然没有吃透精神。在笔者看来，严禁宣传、炒作“状元”、升学率，是为了扭转各地政府部门存在的升学政绩观，既扭转基础教育学校办学的应试倾向，又真正履行教育职责，把职业教育办为和普通教育平等的类型教育。
