Early years leaders have praised Ofsted plans to push forward with reforms to its complaints process, allowing providers to contact the inspectorate to raise concerns following inspections.
Early years providers will be able to contact Ofsted to raise concerns following an inspection, in changes to the way the inspectorate deals with complaints following inspections.
The sector has called NW’s Ofsted survey findings, which showed hundreds of providers experience stress and anxiety ahead of inspection, ‘extremely concerning’, calling on the inspectorate to take the results ‘on board’.
