When Leadership Medina County sought nominees for its annual excellence in leadership awards, organizers realized it was going to be a tough job. Because of crowd restrictions, they also had to come up with an innovative way to hold the ceremony. Executive Director Colleen Rice and co-host Sharon Danko went live online to read and talk about the long list of nominees and their accomplishments. Prior to the broadcast, the annual dinner was held – as participants were encouraged to pick up their dinner and drinks and take them home to enjoy.
