The incident took place on Dec. 31, 2023, in a residence in Ebb and Flow First Nation. Police say five men entered the property and reportedly stole a vehicle.
The suspect was located on the side of Highway 5, attempting to change the tire of a vehicle with no licence plates. Police said he had warrants out for his arrest.
