A Washington federal judge on Wednesday tossed a sex-trafficking survivor's complaint alleging hotel chain Extended Stay America Inc. "turned a blind eye" to illegal activity on its property, in an order that agreed with a judge in Oregon who dismissed related claims for similar reasons, including lack of jurisdiction.
