A couple wanting to open a day care center in the Ringgold area of Pittsylvania County has been given some extra time to eliminate other possible uses, the ultimate sticking point in a community controversy.
Pittsylvania County Administrator Stuart Turille is scheduled to present the 2024-25 fiscal year budget to the board of supervisors Tuesday afternoon, and board members will decide on a tax rate to advertise, one that will ultimately cost property owners more money.
