We now have the clearest picture yet of how federal prosecutors specifically special Counsel Jack Smith say that former President Trump tried to vertical law and undermine the 2020 election, its a 165 Page Court Filing that was just unsealed by a federal judge minutes ago. The office of special Counsel Smith lays out this case for a Trial Judge in a way that they think would overcome President Trumps president ial Immunity Protections as outlined by the Supreme Court earlier this year. Prosecutors say that trump was directly involved in the plot to nominate fake electors.
