This is an organization, sort of an association of the 50 state legislatures as again legislatures. We were founded in 1970s. We provide an opportunity for legislators and legislative staff to share best practices about policies they are looking at, policies they turn into law as well as best practices. 7, 33 legislators in the states as well as puerto rico, guam, the district of columbia. About 25,000 legislative staff we count as members. We provide them with information and opportunities to get together and share ideas.
