No. Why else would the American College of obstetrics and gynecology which takes care of pregnant mothers and babies say the things that are in the personhood amendment would do all the things that i have just said . It would outlaw all forms of abortion including in the case of rape or incestt and to save the life of a mother. It would interfere with invitro fertilization procedures.
