STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Port Richmond Avenue was busier than usual Wednesday afternoon.
Paired with the typical afternoon neighborhood affairs, NBC’s “The Blacklist” took over street parking and a portion of the sidewalk to film an upcoming episode of the TV series.
