Justice Adegboyega Adebusoye of Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure has ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arraign the Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly, Bamidele Oloyelogun, over the corruption charges filed against him. Oloyelogun appeared in court on Wednesday to listen to the ruling of the court on his preliminary objection.
