Good morning. good morning. i first saw this coming. when i first came out i thought, that s not right. there was a collective ugh from everybody, especially in what i do. these prepaid cards are very, very expensive. outrageously expensive and dangerous. if you think about how much you would put on a prepaid card in the first place, $100 there, $200 there, $100 a year in fees? a startup fee, a monthly fee, activity fees. the fees are outrageous. they didn t have a lot of people sign up. yeah. have you to wonder, who s getting thee fees? who s making the money? well, you have people s faces on it. that s has to be part, and the banks. what about cartoon cards? some are obscure, and like paul frank, we know those designs very well. there s kiss, for example, the rock bond has had a successful card for a long time because it offers concert promotional type stuff. it s about, okay, you know they re geared towards kids. they want to be cool. they want to go around with plastic. t ....
