券商分类新变化！50家跻身A类，比去年多3家

　　证监会指出，证券公司分类结果不是对证券公司资信状况及等级的评价，而是证券监管部门根据审慎监管的需要，以证券公司风险管理能力、持续合规状况为基础，结合公司业务发展状况，对证券公司进行的综合性评价，主要体现的是证券公司治理结构、内部控制、合规管理、风险管理以及风险控制指标等与其业务活动相适应的整体状况。　　根据《证券公司分类监管规定》，证券公司分为A（AAA、AA、A）、B（BBB、BB、B）、C（CCC、CC、C）、D、E等5大类11个级别。A、B、C三大类中各级别公司均为正常经营公司，其类别、级别的划分仅反映公司在行业内业务活动与其风险管理能力及合规管理水平相适应的相对水平。D类、E类公司分别为潜在风险可能超过公司可承受范围，及因发生重大风险被依法采取风险处置措施的公司。　　证监会根据证券公

2021年证券公司分类结果出炉 50家获评A类_中国经济网——国家经济门户

　　今年共103家证券公司参与评价，较去年新增了高盛高华、华兴证券、瑞信方正、金圆统一、摩根士丹利华鑫、甬兴证券6家公司。其中，瑞信方正被评为A级；金圆统一获评B级；甬兴证券获评BB级；高盛高华、华兴证券、摩根士丹利华鑫三家公司均为BBB级。　　专家表示，此次证券公司分类结果突出五大亮点。一是各类别公司占比基本和去年持平，A级公司增加3家，将更有效激励行业机构专业化发展。二是压实“看门人”职责，加强对投行业务的激励和约束。三是增加了专项评价。一方面，试点启动文化建设专项评价。另一方面，正式启动服务新三板改革的专项评价。四是引导行业错位发展。五是落实奖励政策，对于科技创新、民企纾困的公司，专家评审会给予加分。
