The Starlight Dance Band returns for the holiday season with "Christmas By Starlight," a three hour concert for an evening of nonstop music and dance on Dec. 2.
The Arts Council of Wayne County was able to provide nine sub grants to local groups after receiving $32,206 in funding from the N.C. Arts Council Grassroots Arts Program.
