The Ocean View School District held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday. While work is underway, students and faculty will be spending their school year at an interim site, the former Sun View Elementary.
The students chosen to participate were recognized by teachers and principals for exemplary work and behavior throughout the school year and went on a $275 shopping spree at Target on Adams Avenue.
