Whether or not we get a hike in december depends on where the inflation data goes. On our forecast, inflation will be pretty flat between now and the year ends. If that is the case, they will not hike. The combination of low inflation with slow growth will mean everything goes very slowly. And like i said, they may never get to the terminal point they are telling you that they will get.
