A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a Plymouth man who failed to turn up for his trial earlier this week on a series of charges including an allegation that he was five times the legal drink driving limit while driving in a dangerous manner.
Stanley Hood (34) previously tendered additional pleas of not guilty to charges of having driven, without lights, without licence and insurance, failed to stop when requested by police officers, mounted a pavement and driven along it. He is also accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice by running away from police officers and resisting their efforts to handcuff him.
