Teachers at Tehachapi High School created a judgement-free space for anyone on campus who needs it. The food pantry is open to all, they say, no questions asked.
Under the law, Golden Hills residents can choose to enroll in trash pickup services or self-haul organics to the landfill. Officials say there's no opting out, everyone must comply with the law.

A pair of siblings were the only two Tehachapi wrestlers to make it to the state competition. "I think we’re doing a great job representing the town," Levi Hart said.
The TVRPD hopes to make this a yearly tradition. Participant Curtis Nelson recommends it, saying, “I encourage everyone to come out next year and be part of it.”
