What the fawn?! A Mays Landing, NJ man wanted for suspected shoplifting at a grocery store in Ocean County, NJ was discovered to be in possession of not only drugs but a baby deer, too.
A Mays Landing man was arrested for hiding a baby deer inside a shopping bag outside a ShopRite in Stafford Township, police said. Officers allegedly found the animal when it poked its head out of the man's grocery bag. Matthew Keithley, 23, was also charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
