STATELINE, Nev. - Lakeside Inn and Casino on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe will not be reopening its doors after the coronavirus concerns are over. They were the first Lake Tahoe gaming property to close, even before Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak ordered all casinos to close in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Update: Friday, 9 p.m.: Two more days and 5,087 more ballots counted brought the results of the 2022 general election in closer focus in Douglas County. School Board challengers David Burns, Susan Jansen and Katherine.

But an upcoming auction at a revered casino and resort in Stateline, Nevada, is giving him pause. When items from the Lakeside Inn and Casino go up for bid on March 4-7, it will mark the end of a 35-year run.
