Constitutional officers in Manassas are getting a pay raise Richie-Folks The Manassas City Council moved to increase the pay of two of the city’s constitutional officers the City Treasurer and the Commissioner of the Revenue. Both offices are up for reelection this November. According to the information from the city, the current salaries for the offices of Treasurer and the Commissioner of the Revenue are $118,830 and $131,918, respectively. Should the current office-holders retain their positions after the election on November 2, their salaries will not be affected by the new terms and conditions.
