They need to be. part of that is things like physical infrastructure. part of that is, as you say, labor. and look, obviously it s an incredibly complicated situation. we re talking about global supply chains. and it s mostly private sector systems. but we have a big role to play, and that s why we ve been convening all of the different players. for example, held round tables bringing together everybody who is connected to the ports. the port operators, the port owners, labor unions, shipping. so what more needs to happen? he s talking about how he s meeting with the stakeholders, the white house named a special envoy to handle this port issue. you can fix problems that most people can t fix. how would you fix this one? we ve got to stop acting like victims and act like the most powerful nation in the world. get the resources there and fix it. this could be fixed. and it may take some presidential declaration. get with the unions, get with the governors. use the military installati ....
