A 56 year-old Grass Valley, CA, woman was arrested Friday morning at 5:08 a.m. in the park-and-ride lot off U.S. Highway 50 West near Spooner Junction for felony driving under the influence (DUI), a Carson City Sheriff s deputy reported.
