NORWALK, Conn. Norwalk’s CFO has cherry picked facts and presented misleading information to justify shifting taxpayer dollars to the City-side of the budget, Norwalk Public Schools Chief Financial Officer Thomas Hamilton said Wednesday.

Each year, nearly 2,100 new students enter Norwalk Public Schools to start or continue their academic journey towards graduation, and ultimately, college and career. NPS, struggling with COVID, looks to Remote Learning 2.0

NORWALK, Conn. Norwalk Public Schools is re-tuning its efforts as the COVID-19 pandemic wears on, hoping to keep from losing students. New coding will allow teachers to keep better track of their attendance and engagement with instruction.

Norwalk High School is almost entirely on remote learning, with less than 200 students attending in person, Norwalk Superintendent of Schools Alexandra Estrella said.
