The Zoning Board of Appeals, on a 4-0 vote, has approved a special permit for 449 Rt. 130, site for the proposed In Good Health, medical marijuana dispensary.
In Good Health has pledged to give 3% of its net revenues to the town (via a host agreement), plus support local nonprofits. Most of the conversation centered on traffic and parking during the Zoom meeting tTuesday. Members Christopher R Neeven and James Killion recused themselves from the deliberation and vote.
Alternate members Gerry Nye and Jack Casali were brought up to serve on the hearing. Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented In Good Health.
