The accommodation was set to remain secondary to the main rural activities being carried out on the property. Visitors would be able to take part in farming activities and sightseeing, with onsite farming set to include tending to small farm animals like chickens and goats, as well as taking part in organic fruit and vegetable growing, orchard trees and a small-scale nursery which sold plants off site.
