The Second Annual Soul Food Fusion Festival is set to return to downtown Natchez the weekend of June 18-20 after the event was canceled last year due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The Soul Food Fusion Festival is an enormous culinary and social experience that features the fragrance of conventional southern fare cooking, intertwined with memorable old stories, social expressions and music treatment from the assorted foundation of Natchez. Tickets for the event officially went on sale May 5.
Weekend activities will kick off June 18 with the BBQ, Blues and Brews barbecue, where local blues legends in Mississippi are paid homage in the celebration of Juneteenth. June 19 will be the Soul Food Festival, which is the main event. June 20 will conclude the festival with the Lazy Magnolia Brunch. ....
