Advertisement The centre will be booking a limited number of appointments for the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine. Current eligibility criteria to book an appointment is between the ages of 55 to 64 with a health condition or 65 years and older. To book your appointment, call 204-578-4800. Have your Manitoba Health card available. Walk-ins may be accepted. The clinic runs today from noon to 5:30 p.m. Vaccine consent forms can be printed and filled from downloading the form from the provincial government website at gov.mb.ca/covid19/vaccine/clinics.
