Muncie man accused of dealing heroin to task force agent
MUNCIE, Ind. A Muncie man is accused of twice selling heroin to an informant for the Muncie-Delaware County Drug Task Force.
Darius James Walker, 29, was arrested Wednesday on two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, a Level 5 felony carrying up to six years in prison.
According to court documents, Walker sold a total of 1.6 grams of the drug, for $200, to an informant on Feb. 2 and March 11.
The transactions allegedly took place at Walker s home in the 600 block of South Wolfe Street.
When taken into custody Wednesday, the Muncie man allegedly had Xanax pills hidden in one of his socks.
