In from the atlantic. so we start quite chilly across england and wales. some early mist and fog patches and then spells of sunshine. wind picking up in scotland and northern ireland, cloud increases. the north west is where we ll see some rain accompanied by gale force winds by the end of the day. ahead of that, again, temperatures could be 18 or 19 across many parts of england. so quite mild, really. and then that weather front brings some rain overnight into scotland and northern ireland. there s another one waiting to bump into the back of it, again coming in from the atlantic. stronger winds probably across the whole of the country on tuesday. there s that first band of rain, another one coming in. most of the rain will be across the northern half of the uk. south eastern areas may stay dry and it should be quite warm here. temperatures reaching 20 degrees. cooler air certainly in scotland. so those weather fronts move in to the uk, they get so far and then they stop. they stall b ....
