The RDCK said effective immediately, mandatory Stage 2 Water Conservation Measures are being implemented in the South Slocan Water System.
The Regional District of Central Kootenay said in a media release Wednesday, that effective immediately, mandatory Stage 2 Water Conservation Measures are being implemented in the South Slocan Water System.
The RDCK said the system is experiencing high water use and declining reservoir levels.
“As a proactive measure for the anticipated extended hot weather and high levels of demand, the South Slocan Water System requires users conserve water,” the RDCK said.
