The website has a story looking at the case yesterday and said on monday they dove into that case that originated in oregons grants pass with justices struggling to figure out where to draw the line on how far cities can go to regulate how people sleep or camp in public spaces. They also ask the Supreme Court even needed to intervene in the case since oregon in 2021 adopted its own state law that allowed for quote, objectively reasonable time, place, and manner limits on sitting, lying, our sleeping outside. We went into a first alert at 4 00 this morning. And a combination of first snow and ice. And the icing is the biggest problem. Were going toee icy roadways and walkways. Those untreated surfaces treat them as being icy this morning. The atmosphere is colder. So until 3 00 this see accumulating snow and ice, and then its going to change over to rain. As we look at the radar, its pretty clear, delaware youre in the clear. Most of pennsylvania is but theres this cluster of storms in new jersey and some of these have really intensified over the last hour. We didnt even have any lightning a couple hours ago. Weve had tremendous rains in parts of salem and Cumberland County. Some places have had over 3 inches of rain already. Now, some of the latest cells are right near camden. Through much of Camden County Gloucester County has been getting hit hard in west Deptford Township cumberland and even inland portions of Atlantic County getting rain.
