Dulles District Supervisor Matt Letourneau held a town hall Feb. 26 with representatives from Rappaport and Beatty Management Company to discuss retail developments in the area.
The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors voted Feb. 14 to approve Cedar Terrace at South Riding, a 52-acre retail and residential development southwest of Dulles International Airport.
The Cedar Terrace at South Riding development would extend the existing South Riding Market Square shopping center and permit new housing on a mostly vacant lot near Dulles International Airport.
