Davenport, IA- The Davenport Police Department has announced the arrests of two people in connection with a shooting that took place Saturday, February 11th in Davenport. According to a news release, at about 6:22 PM Saturday, Davenport Police responded to the 1000 block of South Concord Street in reference to reports of shots fired. Upon arrival officers located a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. 18-year-old Marc Cameron and Caden Wiseman have been arrested and charged with Attempted Murder, Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, and Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury. Police say the shooting does not appear to have been a random act of violence. The investigation is ongoing.
