Adopted by the City Council in January, Bill 40 is meant to provide up to $10,000 in grant funding to eligible businesses that opened prior to Jan. 1, 2022.
Bill 40 – a measure approved by Honolulu City Council - will give grants of up to $10,000 for local small businesses impacted by construction of Honolulu Skyline rail lines.
Due to ongoing rail-related construction along Dillingham Boulevard, the Honolulu City Council supports a plan to give financial assistance to eligible small businesses struggling to stay open.
