The Texarkana Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. recently held its 48th Outstanding Young Men (OYM) presentation at Texas A & M University-Texarkana. Each year the Sorority recognizes the accomplishments of area high school seniors for their outstanding achievements and public service.
The Texarkana Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. recently held its 47th Outstanding Young Men (OYM) Presentation at the Holiday Inn Texarkana Arkansas Convention. Each year the Sorority recognizes the accomplishments of area high school seniors for their outstanding achievements and public service. This year, 29 young men were recognized from Ashdown, Hope, and the Texarkana surrounding school districts.
