On tuesday night Milwaukee Police say they started getting complaints about crowds gathering in the area from neighbors. Around 8 pm. Police asked the crowds to disperse. When they say officers observed violations of the law. 20 minutes later police say they asked the crowd to leave again. Some did. But other refused. That is when police started making arrests. Fox6 has confirmed that state representative Jonathan Brostoff was in the area last night.
