CUBE Entertainment is about to debut an eight-piece idol group, LIGHTSUM, their first girl group in three years since (G)I-DLE in 2018.
CUBE Entertainment s New Girl Group LIGHTSUM to Debut in June with First Single
On May 27 at midnight KST, LIGHTSUM dropped the first teaser image for their debut single via their official social media accounts.
The teaser photo shows cones of ice cream placed upside down and the title of their debut single, Vanilla. According to the post, CUBE Entertainment s new girl group will release Vanilla online on June 10 at 6 p.m. KST, while the physical version will be out on June 11.

According to several media outlets on May 11 KST, BLACKPINK s Thai member and dance extraordinaire, Lisa, and (G)-IDLE s main vocalist and visual, Miyeon, will be making a special appearance in the third round of Mnet s reality television program, Kingdom: Legendary War.
There have been several comments circulating that in recording for an episode last week, Lisa captured the scenes with her unique and unrivaled charms, and with a top global star s appearance on the show, it is expected that Kingdom: Legendary War will be gaining more audience and traction.
