He said it is to be deplored that peacekeeping missions deployed to the Democratic Republic of the Congo have failed to confront the rebellions and armed conflicts tearing the country apart, nor have they protected the civilian populations. Este martes zarpó de el puerto de Veracruz aproximadamente a las 10:00 horas de la mañana, el buque multipropósito “Libertador”. Se explicó que el lunes se envió el barco José María Morelos II con 100 mil barriles de petróleo etiquetados específicamente para abastecer hospitales con energía eléctrica. Y finalmente en el tercer buque con ayuda humanitaria zarpará el miércoles, los últimos dos, llevando material médico como jeringas, tanques de oxígeno tipo T, 9 mil 500 y cubrebocas, para ayudar a contener la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19 en la isla. ....
