Four men accused of assaulting a spectator in a feeding frenzy at a junior rugby league game in south-east Queensland have appeared in court.
The men - aged between 19 and 36 - are each charged with assaulting a man, 35, who was left with serious facial injuries during the brawl.
The alleged attack occurred during an under-13 rugby league game at the sports ground at Wynnum, south-east of Brisbane, about 11.30am on Mother s Day.

Three of the men also face charges of assault occasioning bodily harm while in company.
The president of the Wynnum Juniors Football Club in Brisbane says he has never witnessed anything like the ferocity and pack mentality of a violent brawl at an under-13s game at Wynnum on Sunday.
Josh Jones, 35, will require surgery after he was allegedly pushed down a set of stairs and kicked in the head.
9News understands the violence erupted after a verbal altercation between the supporters of Wynnum and the opposing team, Logan Brothers.
