By MELINDA WILLIAMS melinda@southwesttimes.com Pulaski Town Council unanimously approved a $9.8 million 2023-2024 Fiscal Year budget Tuesday that includes a 5% pay increase for town employees. The $9,836,891 budget represents a 4%, or $403,604, increase over the current fiscal year budget, most of which is “eaten up by increases in utilities,” said Town Manager Darlene Burcham.
