Madrasa student Mamun ‘tortured to death’ in Jashore: People take to street demanding justice

Hundreds of locals, including family members of the deceased Mamun Hasan, who was allegedly tortured to death by local members and his associates, have taken to the street today demanding justice.
They formed a human-chain at Sohrabmor-Chanchra Road at Manirampur upazila in Jashore at 10:00am where they demanded immediate arrest of the alleged masterminds.
Mamun s mother Sakina Begum, his father Moshiar Gazi and siblings attended the protest programme with placards.  Many women took part in the programme with their children. ....
