He is the south philly Sexual Assault suspect who has 10,000 bound key against him. Hes identified as raheem by his mother. Come home and give yourself up. They want to get information on where he was at. The woman says her son got out of prison two years ago for attempted murder. Police are calling the suspect a predator and says he broke into a womans home and stole several items including her car. Police say he park it nearby and then went back to the house a short time later and sexually assaulted the victim as she leapt in her bed.
