Lynn Urban, co-owner of Otto and Urban Flowers & Greenhouse, said her store has all the flowers they ordered for bouquets, but they have had trouble getting house plants. Claudia Grimes, who owns Green Thumb Floral in Wooster, said many stores have had a limited number of flowers for arrangements.
