Good to see you this morning. good morning. arthel: i want to pick up on the president s speech, touting his race to the top program, $4 billion program designed to turn around failing schools and obviously, shows lots of support for teachers. sort of an ironic back drop, the urban league is one of those, i think groups, not so much in favor of this particular program. let me ask you, if you would, rate the effectiveness of the urban league today. the urban league remains very effective and their funding base is american business and they have a strong relationship with business and the idea being they continue to be a social work organization, that is their roots where they come from and the idea is to train people and put them into positions to get jobs and the jobs, the agenda is at the top of what the urban league and top of the nation s agenda. and of course the root of it is education which the president is touting and he says, listen, ....
