On the right, city crews were busy cleaning up a downed tree in san leandro this morning. In orinda, we saw downtown banks and businesses in the dark this afternoon, the neighboring cities of moraga and lafayette were also affected, pg e turned off power in a large part of the east bay holes and contra costa and alameda counties today, including parts of berkeley, oakland, and san leandro.
